Le Pavillon is deceptively spacious and sleeps 13 in comfort , in double and twin bedded rooms. 4 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. In addition there are 3 cots, one in each of the double rooms.

It has its own private garden (fenced in for safety) and an in ground swimming pool (Fenced and alarmed) and a fully equipped games room. The large open plan living room has satellite English & French TV and there are videos and board games should you really want to stay indoors. DVD's are available for hire for a nominal amount The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. The bedrooms are spacious and all sleeping accommodation is provided in comfortable beds.

The house is located about 1km from the road along a private drive and offers total privacy.

The private garden is surrounded by fields and woodland and you are free to wander throughout the estate, either on foot or on bicycle. Several bicycles are provided for your use but please bring your own if you prefer. There are also miles of country lanes to explore which are virtually traffic free.

There is plenty of space to play boules, badminton, football etc.or to practice your golf swing using the golf driving net, before trying out one of the several golf courses in the area

Outside

The large garden surrounding the house provides ample room for outdoor games, sunbathing etc.
There is a 10m X 5m in-ground swimming pool which is fenced and alarmed, in accordance with the latest regulations and which is complete with parasols and sun beds. A Bar–B-Q and outdoor tables and chairs for those alfresco meals are also provided. The rear garden is also fenced in, so little ones cannot wander and contains two swings, a see-saw and a little sand pit.

At the front of the house, there is a raised terrace where you can relax and watch the sun go down (with glass of wine in hand obviously) and watch the stars come out. (No light pollution!).
